I did the military coat and changed it up a tad. Like the rose on the left shoulder, I drew that with Cosmo in mind. Since she, you know, sacrificed herself to bring back the Seedrians/Thorndrigans. 

Pretty sure there would be some kind of guard or something that have an important role of protecting the future she gave to them.

And the two golden waves under that are to represent her friendship with Tails. I think at this point in time it would be unknown if the two were in love or just friends. But after much debate, it was finally left up to interpretation. Tails is an important part of history, as he traveled with Mother Cosmo to stop the Meterex.

Lastly the two white seeds on the collar (the number two still referring to our little fox friend). It is very well known to all that the enemy sought to use Cosmo as their spy, but despite such a dreadful turn she stayed strong in the face of danger (at least that's what they all believe anyways, I don't think it'd be common knowledge that she broke down upon knowing she was to be used for evil), and bearing that as an example of courage in the face of impossible odds.
